Our 24/7 Deployment Capabilities
All of our repair deployments are handled in-house from our head office in Yorkshire, where our experienced call handlers can book repairs into any postcode in the UK. Our advisors have access to policyholders’ details with information about their vehicle and an initial assessment of the damage. We have specialist repairer centres for different body type vehicles including centres for all car types.
Placing a vehicle at the right repair centre first-time is a key objective and we use sophisticated intelligent systems to book a repair, with thought on the repairer’s capacity, vehicle body type, vehicle damage levels and vehicle engine type to name but a few.
Further to this, National provides Fast-Track repair solutions if the damage to a vehicle is minor in nature, offering same-day repairs and mobile repairs to your desired location where possible.
