National Accident Repair Group has launched a new digital platform allowing customers to book their own repairs online, with just a few simple clicks. Mobile applications are increasingly playing a vital role in business, with a larger customer base as well as workforces relying on the convenience of access on-demand cloud based information.

We have developed a self-service software app allowing policyholders to choose when and where their vehicle is repaired, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Offering real-time access to National's network of more than 300 BSI-accredited body shops across the UK, the technology behind the platform takes into account specialist requirements and the availability of each individual body shop. This ensures an efficient key-to-key process, fast turnaround and improved customer choice.
