Personal data is passed to us from work providers such as insurance and fleet companies. National Accident Repair Group will manage supplied personal data to ensure this is secured securely and is only used in connection with business requirements.

Personal data which we may receive and store, is normally provided by you, your insurer or fleet operator. This allows National Accident Repair Group to identify and manage any particular work stream and support our approved repairer network with any questions which they may have on a need to know basis.

No obligation to provide us with your personal information

If this is the case National Accident Repair Group may not be able to provide you with a level of expected service due to missing personal data. This could ultimately result in cancellation of service which National Accident Repair Group can offer.

Your personal data may be shared with an appointed repairer chosen to repair your vehicle. This could also include claim number, contact details and vehicle information. The information we provide will only be given if necessary to support the service we provide.

Personal information may be provided to contracted IT hosting providers in order to provide their services for National Accident Repair Group.

We may have to provide personal data to government authorities and agencies where required or permitted by law.

Technical precautions are in place to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information. We store all the personal information you provide on our secure servers which are backed up to cloud storage. No personal data which National Accident Repair Group holds is sent or stored off shore.
